Cornbread
1 c. cornmeal
1/3 c. all purpose flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
1 egg beaten
1 c. buttermilk
Combine dry ingredients; add egg and buttermilk. Pour in greased 8 or 9 inch iron skillet. Bake 400 for 20 minutes.
